CNS vs. the Gut Microbiota

Interactions between gut microbiota and the central nervous system has become an important field of study in recent years. The goal of the piece is to create a conversation striking editorial cover staring the gut-brain axis and tryptophan dehydrogenase, an important enzyme in the circuit. The project also served as an introduction to modeling, rendering, scene building and composition using 3D software.
